Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email) via OAuth.
- Content you create. Citations, projects, and other content you save are stored so we can provide the Service to you.
- Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by our payments provider (Dodo Payments) acting as merchant of record. We do not store your full card details; we retain only a customer/subscription reference and plan status.
- Usage & device data. We collect anonymized analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser, and device type to improve the Service.
- Text submitted to tools. Text you submit to AI, grammar, or plagiarism tools is processed to return results and is not used to train our own models.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To create and manage your account and subscription.
